  1. It's going to be interesting on Cowen. I hope he just blows everything out of the water but I agree I don't think he's a full nhl season ready. Knies 25 ya I see that. Marner mhe have to see how he deals with a couch that won't hold his hand and baby him.

  2. Marner is a good playoff performer. 50 points in 57 playoff games. More than any other Leaf, yet you morons keep saying he is a poor playoff performer. Pathetic. That is why I say you guys know squat about hockey. You are clueless fanboys.

  3. Need to define what "win" means. All of the list is about the Leafs having a great regular season. They are designed to be a 100+ team.
For success in the playoffs, I think: Matthews and Tavares are able to take the last 3 games of the regular season off to rest for the playoffs, the defence corp stays healthy and goaltending is not a concern.
As a Habs fan I hope Marner scores 120 points.

  4. If they run 4 lines it means spreading out the top 4. So no record breaking years as team defence improves. This has to happen for any playoff success.

  5. If Marner has a hundred plus point season, he will not be signing with the Leafs. He will go to free agency and will get 7 years for 98+ with someone else, probably NYR.

  6. One of either Mitten, Cowan or Knies will be moved before the all-star break. Any one of them being moved will be a huge mistake, which is why I firmly believe that it will happen.
