I do not think that Beniers, who has not yet proven he’s shaken off last year’s slump, is gonna be top line over the big big big BIG hire we just picked up. Other than that, it will be down to how the guys perform in camp and what the new coach sees. I can see some big surprises if Shwartz and Eberle have any regression.

a wright / eeli / bjorky line sounds spicy

That’s gotta be one of the best 4th lines in the league, right?

Gotta move Bjork up. NHL24 god on rookie mode.

Maybe I’m remembering wrong. But didn’t McCann play better after Hakstol broke up that line up last year?

Man it grinds my gears to see Grubauer above Daccord. I think they need to cut their losses and buy out Gru’s contract or whatever.

I’d see it this way:
McCann-Beniers-Bjorkstrand
Schwartz-Stephenson-Burakovsky
Tolvanen-Wright-Eberle
Tanev-Gourde-Kartye
I would say it’s possible that Beniers and Stephenson swap 1c, 2c spots, and Eberle and Burakovsky swapping.
