Love this podcast…and going to ask a question for next "listener Q&A" – last week the Athletic's Jesse Granger, Sean McIndoe and Scott Wheeler wrote a piece ranking NHL team goaltending…and while they ranked the Bruins top 5, I was struck by this analysis: "Swayman is a one-man band here but having a 25-year-old goalie of his caliber does go a long way. Perhaps Providence’s Philip Svedeback can be something, as he’s all they’ve got behind him."
Is that true – I thought Bruins had some depth in Providence and beyond between the pipes…thoughts? Jay in Ottawa

What if NHL Player Safety suspends Sam Bennett For 2 games for the punch to Brad Marchand in Game 3? I ask using a 2 game suspension instead of only 1 to make the punishment fit the crime (Marchand missed 2 games) and because I believe that even if the Bruins held on to win game 4, the Panthers would still have won the series. Could the Bruins have won the series, considering that it would be tied 2-2 going into game 5 (in which Boston arguably played their best game of the series and won), Bruins going up 3-2, and only needing to win 1 out of 2? Your thoughts?
You guys are the best, but we are really reaching for summer topics. This reminds me the SNL skit, What if Eleanor Roosevelt could fly?
My enduring Great Scotts memory is watching the Bruins lose Game 1 in triple overtime against Edmonton. 🙁
