I still have almost no recollection of him even being a Canuck. I guess he wasn’t quite bad enough or good enough to make an impact on me.

16 goals and 49 points in 70 games last season with Colorado’s AHL team at age 35
He strikes me as a guy who’s just going to keep putting up points even when the other parts of his game deteriorate

16g, 33a and a First Team All-Star last season in the AHL at 34. Guess you can say…
The Hunt’s not over yet.

Good for him, he might not be loaded but he’s managed to make money through hockey up until he is in his mid 30s

Ran into him at a golf tournament last year. Called him Mr.Hunt, he didn’t like that. Good guy. Wish him the best.

Do you mean the Hershey Bears, the back-to-back AHL Champions? I mean, if winning two cups in a row (and 13 overall history) isn’t enough to be identified by anything other than « the Caps’ AHL farm team » then I dunno man

I remember his 650 interview after signing here and how stoked he was to play for his hometown team. Cheering « Go Canucks Go » and the like on air. Sat and Dan brought it up all the time for like a year straight after that. Always kind of cheered for him because of that.
