I’m super stoked to see how much Demidov moves the needle for us. It’s still going to be an interesting year coming up this season just to see where our progression is and how our cap situation looks once the season’s done. But that 2025 home opener when Demidov steps on the ice for the first time is going to be so hype.

I tried so hard not to get excited for Demidov coming. I don’t think I’ve ever had so much fun watching a draft eligible player do his thing, and really thought there was no way in hell he’d drop to 5.
I’m just so thankful that the other teams looked elsewhere.
