That's the flames horn
I'm pretty sure this horn was removed from the Wells Fargo Center. I was able to see it from my seats, but it is no longer up in the rafters. This most likely had to do with the relocation of the Philadelphia Wings lacrosse team. Without them, the horn would only be used once a year at the College Hockey Faceoff.
I wish philly didn't rip off St. Louis goal horn now. I tell the flames you rip off the flyers . Give back there goal horn

Better horn that what we have now, and using a Van Halen song makes it that much better
I miss this horn. Rather than upgrading to that ridiculously loud fog horn, they should've upgraded this goal horn to be just a bit louder (like Calgary's now). Flyers had it before them, but their's sounds louder than this one did (but isn't too loud).
