Tampaxes are dead! Long before the playoffs kicked off I'd told ya that the bolts would get choked off either by Toronto in the second or by the Caps in the third. I was damn wrong. They got killed by the 8th seed team in the first!
I have a funny feeling that the Jackets will go on a run and win the cup unless – my Capitals stop them. And, whoever gets from the bruins-leafs matchup is dead. I mean, the leafs might give a run to Columbus, but the bruins could be swept in same fashion should they beat the leafs. And, now their series is tied at 2, which means the Jackets are gonna be heck of a rested team to play in the second round.
Now for the draft……..Do you think Tampa deserves to draft around 16th spot due to being 1 of the first 2 teams eliminated ?

Somehow I think the only way for CBJ to get pass Tampa is to sweep them, just can't let them get any momentum at all, once they get a win and start feeling confident, they'd be hard to stop for a wild card team.
Pierre McGuire is the absolute worst… In Game 3 of Isles v Pens for half the game he was demanding Sullivan put Malkin w Crosby, over & over & over & over again… I have to mute the tv when he's on… He is absolutely the most insufferable cringe announcer in the game

As a Golden State Warriors fan, I would like to thank the Lightning for taking our 'worst playoff choke' title.
I agreed with everything you said until you said Columbus is playing with house money. Now that we’ve had a few days to process this victory, we’ve readjusted our expectations and I think we can make it to the conference finals, if not the cup. But thank you for being what seems like the only person outside of Columbus to realize the Lightning didn’t choke, they got their asses kicked. (Game 1 was Tampa took their foot off the gas, so I guess that could count as a choke).

Man, I can't watch these videos enough. You're 100% on point with this is the biggest moment in cbj history. Been a CBJ fan since day 1 and this sweep will be my season pump up for years to come.
