Although cool, i don’t think many people associate Key West with South Florida so much. Weirdly enough, culturally I feel like Key West is more New Orleans than it is South Florida. I think the shirt is just celebrating the fact that we are the southernmost team in hockey and now we have lord Stanley as well. (Lifelong Miami resident who doesn’t care so much for Key West, spent most of my time in the upper keys which still felt like a huge difference to the rest of South Florida)
