    Puisque je suis banni de RDS, je vais commenter ici. Personne ne le voulait, mais maintenant qu'il est à Montréal, c'est un coup de génie… Chose certaine, sauf son salaire, il ne nous coute pratiquement rien, donc, bon « move ».

    I hope the best for Laine, MTL is a tough market. We hold our players to a higher standard. Just work hard man. We'll appreciate it

    If that second line can put it all together, GM Hughes will look like quite the genius. Buying low on three former first round picks in Laine, Dach and Newhook who each have their own development (Laine: overall game/ consistency outside of offense, Dach: health, Newhook: continued progression) can pay off immensely but that's a big if to hope to happen.

    God I hope he does well there. So nuts how much power he gets on those one timers, even when he doesn't wind up and take a clapper.

    He has more potential than anyone else in the NHL right now.

    When you add up goals from his first and second seasons, no one else scored as many goals during that period.

    And the craziest part is that six years before that, he was still a goalie. He switched from being a goalie to a skater at age 12, and in six years, he became the best goal scorer in the NHL. Something happened after that, but he will return to the top.
