  1. Funny how NY Rangers celebrate their Stanley Cup victory 94, but sadly the NJ Devils use that failure in game 7 to build a dynasty

  2. Sidenote: losing Claude Lemieux to the Colorado Avalanche that year in free agency is what totally messed the team up! Smh he was our best player especially when it came to the playoffs! He’s a winner and that’s what he does is just win so without him and his clutch play and clutch goals the Devils didn’t even make the playoffs the following year smh still has me pissed to this day 😂 especially considering Lemieux helped the Avalanche win the Stanley Cup that same year he left us for them!!! Ironically he came back to us in 2000 to help us win our 2nd Cup by then he was washed up and didn’t necessarily need him cause we had the best line in the NHL the A Line: C Arnott RW Sykora and LW Elias! Lemieux should’ve and would’ve had his #22 retired in New Jersey if he would’ve stayed and helped us win more Cups still in his prime but hey it is what it is
