Aperçu de la saison 2024-25 des Jets de Winnipeg

Les Jets ont une excellente équipe de saison régulière qui a connu des difficultés en séries éliminatoires ces dernières années. 1. Winnipeg has become the NHL destination where arrogant kids don't want to go, especially as more and more American kids get drafted higth in the league.
    McGroarty just "pulled a Lindros".

And after the Jets eventually fold again, then it's probably going to be Ottawa that gets the titale of "least respected" by young talent. And then…..

  2. I think the Jets got worse this off season, but I think they have a 90% chance of making the playoffs, even if it is as a wild card team.

  3. I would really love to see them put together a kid line similar to what the rangers had a few years ago. I know our prospects aren’t quite at that level but it would be a lot of fun to see.

  4. The Jets will be interesting this season. 3rd place is possible however with a new HC and if they let more younger guys play (which I'm okay with) I can see them falling to 4th or 5th.
In that case they'll be fighting for a wild card spot.
Ideally Helleybuck will play less than 60 games however it could be that much or more depending on how Khakkonen plays and their situation going into the playoffs.
As I said, it should be an interesting year!

  5. I'm just getting the same as last season vibes….Strong in the regular season, poor in the playoffs…Wouldn't be surprised if Hellebuyck regresses a bit…Would be hard to match what he did in the regular season last season…Also wonder if Scheifele takes a step back next season…He's nearly 32 years old, played nearly 800 nhl games.Feeling age and fatigue will catch up to him soon.

  6. Honestly, I don't expect us to fall off at all. Last year we were at the forefront of the Central division race all year long, and we didn't really have a 2C for most of the season then either. However Arneil has said he wants to really give the young players a shot so I would not even be surprised if Lambert grabs that 2C spot out of training camp depending on his performance. If he does, him and Perfetti I could see being very dynamic together. Long time viewer, first time commenter, just wanted to pitch in my two cents and hopefully the Canucks do well this season as well so you can enjoy this season more! GJG!!

  7. This team needs a playoff run. I don't think they have the depth pieces and Hellebuyck burns out in the playoffs. Also, Arniel is an unknown. Still a good regular season team. 4th in the Central, 1st wild card with 93-98 points.
