  1. What about René Bourque?

Or the resigning of Michael Ryder?

Maybe Radulov and Kovalchuk could also be considered but they were both here for a very limited time.

  3. Independent-Second-1

I’ve been hard as a rock ever since the trade

  4. Laine will be loved by the fans for the first month no matter what.
Marty is already working on a plan to set him up for success.
If he can score even 2 goals in October I believe he’ll have 25 minimum by year end.

I’m most interested to see what the habs top unit PP will be to start the year. Have to think that they have 7 guys itching for the top unit
    Locks Suzi Slaf
Others Dach, Laine, Magic Mike, Cole, Hutson.. two of them going to be pushing if the PP doesn’t start hot.

Will Laine play the point with MM?

Although my personal preference would be for Hutson to supplant MM on PP1 I do believe Marty will give Mike that role to start the year.

  5. I thought it could have been since cammalleri, he had 2 season of 80 pts+ before signin to MTL but well

I think of Frank Mahovlich, who also had emotional problems but went on to have some of his best years with the Habs and he was in his 30s.
