Wouldn't be surprised if Cutter is held out of the Philly games this season. Seems to be what a lot of teams do in these types of situations.

I think Cutter Gauthier made the right call by asking for a trade. The Flyers wanted to keep him in the minors, but that can really mess up a player’s career. Just look at Alex Nylander—he spent too much time in the minors, and his career hasn’t turned out great. He’s not as good as his brother William and has been bouncing from team to team every year. I remember Alex even said he thought he’d be in the NHL by now after getting traded from Buffalo to Chicago. Staying in the minors didn’t help him at all.
I’m so excited to see him play. Love his attitude and hope he can give us a show!

I have no idea why the PLAYERS on the Flyers don’t support fellow players using the minimal power they have to improve their own lives. He got ticked because Flyers MANAGEMENT didn’t let him play last year so they could keep his full eligibility. The players should support his retribution on the owners.
I hope he could produce very well. It made expectations that he said himself. I’m looking forward to it, and I cannot wait to go see him and the rest of the ducks when they play the Kraken since I am a ducks fan and I live in Seattle.

I like how ducks fans are here holding a grudge because they got him and we were pissed he said he wanted to be here then ghosted our front office and forced a trade. Seems like such a good kid. Doesnt excuse the extra fans who made death threats but the salt from the ducks fans ever since is even more hilarious because you have nothing to be salty about. Good luck

I dunno… You said he's shown leadership… If he goes on the Cro leadership program he won't get PP1, he will be lucky to even get poweplay time or play at all… Might be riding the pine all season with Z
Philly's loss is the Ducks gain. It cost Drysdale, which hurt, but Cutter is going to be something special. It's too bad, for Philly fans, because him and Michkov would have made up the bulk of one of the most dominant lines in the NHL in a few years.. The Ducks will take full advantage with him. Whichever line he plays on will become a legit threat. Put him on a line with Carlsson, and Terry (or Zegras) on the front along Mintyukov/Gudas defending and that could become a top ten first line real soon!
This kid and Zegras are going to drive the vets and Mctavish crazy in the locker room. It’s going to be daycare for the vets.
I can't wait to see Gauthier, McT and Solberg being the meanest players in the league!
