Probably isn’t considered a winger to the person that made this list. Hell majority of the other nhl fan bases don’t even know he played wing this year
The list is weighted towards goals scored…here are the numbers for the three you mentioned: Konecny 33, Ovechkin 31, Tkachuk 37. When you look at Barzal at 23 that puts him way down the list for forwards at around 98th.
