Demko may miss a few weeks of the season. I’m not concerned. Silovs proved last post season that he can step up in the interim and backstop a defensively improved team until Demko is back to health. Torenius has a great reputation and has worked with elite goalies like Shesterkin in the past.
Everything will be okay. Don’t get emotionally fragile and panic and blow this storyline into anything bigger than it needs to be. Don’t take the bait of hockey media personalities that will try to sensationalize this storyline into such a fictitious farce.
Demko will be back in Vezina form soon enough.
