I remember seeing him and Monahan leave their condo in Calgary in a Black Range Rover . I waved to them in my work truck and of course they both waved back with big smiles ! RIP ❤

Life can be so cruel at times. I assumed Johnny was Canadian as he seemed born for hockey. So very tragic for everyone. Great player and a great person.

Wow wow wow😢just rolled out of bed and this???? My condolences to the family! The worst part his sister was getting married this weekend and both were groomsmen. I’m devastated!!!! Thank you Johnny Hockey & Mathew 🏒 for the world will miss the joy you brought us on & off the ice! RIP 🙏🏿🙏🏿
