  1. Rest in Peace, Johnny and Matthew 🕊️ 🙏🏼 You were loved and you will be remembered ❤ You both deserved better

  2. This is so devastating. He was such a good man. How the hell are people still stupid enough to drink and drive? How have we not stopped this?

  3. As a Canucks fan, although he wasn’t my favourite, I will still miss him very much, he was very fun to watch. It’s always sad when someone dies wether he’s your favourite or not. Fly high, Johnny. 🕊️

  4. Bruins fan sending love and prayers to the Gaudreau family and to the many teammates who had the good fortune to skate alongside Johnny Hockey and Matthew Hockey. It’s still numbing to know today should have been a special day for their sister on what was her wedding day.

  5. Recently became a hockey fan because of my friend who supports the flames, i remember he told me about watching johnny score that winner vs dallas, this is truly sad. 💔

  6. This is one of the worst days in the history of the game. Truly a tragic loss. We will miss you so much, Johnny rip

  7. Prayers and condolences from Montreal. this isn't normal. i hope something good comes out of this one day so that this tragedy can save more lives than the two that were lost yesterday.

  8. as a jacket’s fan it is heartbreaking what his family is going through. he seemed like such a sweet wholesome guy to play with- never cocky, never dirty, always committing himself and being an encouraging teammate let alone having the skill set to take the spot light, but being humble instead. he was truly a light on the team and i’m so sad for his poor family, losing him and his brother. RIP Johnny Hockey, fly high 🕊️

  9. its crazy how fast our lives can change. this is smth that no one should ever have to experience. RIP johnny and Matthew
