   The Hildebeast! I was hoping for a big first North American season from the big goalie, and he delivered, going to the AHL all-star game in his first AHL season. Hildeby’s a guy I like a lot, I’ve seen a few of his Farjestad games and a few of his Marlies games, and even though it’s a small sample size, I’ve liked his positioning (which probably has something to do with fact that he’s friggin huge), he doesn’t give you any of that Petr Mrázek nonsense where he forgets where his posts are. There’s definitely drawbacks to his game that the article mentions, he’s older than you think and he’s never had an especially heavy workload, but the tools are there and I wonder if we don’t see him get in an NHL game or two this season.
