   Pssst… wait till they find out that Draisaitl is going to cost more than JT and Hughes combined.

   ETA: Their cap hit for 2025-26 currently stands at ~$78.11MM with only 9 forwards, 5 defenders, and 2 goalies under contract. So, if my math is mathing, they’ll need to somehow round out their forward corp and depth **while finding a way to resign Bouchard…** things should get hella interesting next off season.

   Oilers still spending a bunch of money on forwards and for some reason don’t think they need a elite caliber goalie to take them over to win the cup.
