The middle tier he’s calling « Depth, » the one below « Maybes », and at the bottom « Everyone else. »

I’m not familiar with this guy, but his rankings seem a little harsh. Perreault, for example I’d say should be in the « Core » tier. The kid dominated college hockey as a freshman and could be turning pro next summer. Drury already squashed any trade speculation last year surrounding Gabe, so I think he’s going to be a core piece in the next 4 years or so.

Garand had his second consecutive dominating performance in the AHL playoffs and is almost certainly Quick’s successor for the backup job. Him and Berard should both be in the Depth tier I’d say.

    Move Perreault up 1.
    Move Berard up 1.
Move Garand up 1. Maybe Mancini too.

Sykora down 1, though I love the kid.
Same with Korczak, Vaisanen, and/or Boilard.

That bottom tier is one of our strengths, especially after moving any of those three into here. You have Chmelar, BMB. Roobroeck, Laba.

No Franchise. Sure. I think Gabe is « Core. » The next two tiers are competitive or better. Bottom tier still has some intriguing players.

It’s a really good group, and he’s not WILDLY off. I would just nudge a few guys up or down.
