Full kit does look sick on the ice
That shade of orange just looks *perfect* on the ice. Still vibrant, but not overbearingly so like it does in some other pics I’ve seen.
A lot of people are gonna say that black pants would look better, but I disagree. The helmet, jersey, and pants all being the same color makes the entire design lighter, more streamlined. IMO black pants would make the set disjointed and heavy-looking. The Canes’ old unis had near identical color blocking to ours, and I never heard anyone complain about that set. The Wings, Leafs, Flames, Bolts, Kings, etc. all have monochromatic unis, and some of those are considered classics. I think a lot of people are just not used to seeing orange being used like this, and I think that it will grow a lot on people as time goes on.
