  1. I was just in seattle over the weekend for the kraken ice showdown tournament at kci and I completely agree on the parking point. Being from the spokane area, I'm used to more parking options and spaces that are a reasonable size. Parking in tight spaces and hoping the kids don't whip the door into the car parked next to us made an otherwise fun weekend pretty anxiety riddled.

  2. Welcome Dylan! Not having to drive or look/pay for parking as much > slim spots – I walk a ton anyway. But I do pay attention to car width when I get a new car 😂

  3. Welcome to Seattle, Dylan! If you need any tips for getting around town without a car, hit me up! I've been hoofing it for 4 years and know all the transit and walking tips for getting around downtown. So excited for NHL action this month and will try to get out to a pre-season game or two 🔥

  4. If you're planning on using public transportation on a regular basis, get an ORCA card. ORCA stands for One Regional Card for All, it works on the light rail, busses for any local transit agency, even the monorail! Also, transfers work across agencies on ORCA, so you can tap on a King County Metro bus and then tap on the light rail (Sound Transit) and the transfer carries over.

  5. 😊😊😊 (Extra smile for Dylan in Seattle.)(Extra extra smile for RJ still being in Seattle, don't want him feeling underappreciated with all the Dylan love going around, lol!)

  6. Welcome to Seattle! BTW, I love my home in North Kirkland but would trade plentiful parking for good transpo any dang day
