im so happy as an arizonan that the yotes are out of our state. when he played for the yotes he was the number one fan favorite and they traded him when he wanted to stay. glad hes on a great team now.

Very cool as a longtime Canucks fan to see Conor in his home oasis away from hockey as we get to see these guys for the real people they are. It would be great to see you do this with each player on the team as it is a great way to connect to them on a more personable level as fans. Garland is the perennial guy who doesn’t fit in. And every time he works his way up and imposes himself against all doubt. He even started that way in Vancouver. As Toch said don’t bet against a guy like Garland. That’s his superpower and why we love him ❤

this year allowed garland to be the type of player I thought we were getting. garland is the type of role model you want in the dressing room to show the young prospects about what it takes to make it in the nhl. this league is different. pure talent is rarely enough for the nhl. you have to put the work in.
