He’s one of the reasons I’ll never buy a Porsche. The other reason is I don’t have Porsche money.
The first game after Pelle died was against the Oilers. There was a ceremony before the game. A priest gave an invocation. He asked God to bless everyone. He named both teams.
After the priest said, « God bless the Edmonton Oilers », my father said, « It would be awkward if we were playing the Devils. »
