  2. Full reps full range of motion none of that half rep shit. you want guys completing full range of motion with their stride yet you’re not teaching that within their training. Some of this training is bodybuilding mix with powerlifting mixed with plyometrics and CrossFit. Just pick one for the love of God😂.

  3. lol looking back, Tampa Bay was training near Montreal, not knowing that they would actually be facing the team in the Finals. Crazy.
