Great now do YouTube TV next. Reinsdorf should be all over that given how Ricketts dumbass won’t get it on there

The article is paywalled, but my main question is, what does this mean for people like me who no longer have cable?

I really hope this ends up on YTTV. While the antenna is an ok second option, I work nights and watch replays often. Other cable options like xfinity and directv’s DVR functionality and portability does not compete with YTTV’s.

I have watched the Blackhawks since 2010 here in eastern Iowa. Will I still be able to come October? I started confident but I’m starting to feel less so…

Edit: I’m a YouTube TV subscriber.

I hope they also make it available on streaming services like YouTube TV

  6. From the comments here, I really hope they realize how much fans are anxious they won’t be able to watch their favorite team.

We have a McDavid/Crosby level 19 year old and fans might lose the ability to watch their team. Fucking pathetic.

If I have to resort to illegal streams that’s fine but my dad is not gonna know how to do that at all.

« When CHSN launches Oct. 1, subscribers of DirecTV, DirecTV Stream and U-Verse TV are expected to see a seamless transition from NBC Sports Chicago, which will shut down Sept. 30, to the new home of the White Sox, Bulls and Blackhawks. »

    > »CHSN’s biggest challenge regarding distribution is negotiating a carriage agreement with Comcast, the largest cable provider in the market. Its Xfinity service is believed to be in roughly half of households. Comcast has been moving regional sports networks to its highest programming tier, Ultimate TV, because of the high cost of carrying sports. »

My family and I have Comcast. I know there has been a bit of tension regarding carriage with them specifically, so hopefully everything can be worked out.

  9. So this is supposed to be over the air as well… right?
