   As I stated in that subreddit:
   FFS! We are not a suburb for other states and their sports teams. You know how you need to be a resident of somewhere (condo, city, etc) to use their municipal pools, recycling center, library? Same rules apply. You’re playing in NJ, then you need to have NJ in your name. PERIOD!

   Let’s support the team with attendance and show the Sirens why NJ is a good long term market for them. Perhaps they’ll even change their name to NJ down the road if they really put down roots here.

   I’m so excited! I will absolutely be taking my daughter to see these games! They were way too far when they were playing in NY last year.

   The logo and name are so bad. The name Sirens added with the colors and this looks like it would be the Seattle team with a nod to the Greek Mythological Sirens that would fit right in with the Kraken.

   Can’t say I’ll be attending any games with their choices for this team.
