Chris vandevelde, vinny lecalvalier, or rj umburger

  2. the_tarik97

Jori Lehtera if you consider he was making about 4 million to be an absolute traffic cone

  3. Riley Cote. 156 games in the orange and black, 643 total minutes (4:07 ATOI). 411 PIM.

    1 goal, 6 assists.

Goon for the Phantoms, goon for the Flyers. Decent fighter, but one of the least effective enforcers as a hockey forward.

  4. It’s a recency bias, but if we’re going on dollars versus performance (and not just finding the worst possible AHL player we ever called up that one time) then it’s for sure Flyers Legend Ryan Johansen at $8 million.

  5. Reptar996

I know he gets some love around here but Nic Deslauriers is really not good at playing winning hockey.

Billy Tibbetts – garbage player and a garbage person

Guy was a top 5 draft pick…rangers(?) and was absolute dogshit in the nhl.

The only redeeming quality he brought to the Flyers was being traded for Kapanen.

Billy Tibbetts for sure but a loud honorable mention to Alexandre Daigle.

In terms of ability guys like Cote, Rosehill, Shelley got to be near or at the top. Cote had *one* career NHL goal in 156 career games.

But I liked all them. Im a sucker for a good fighter or entertaining hitter like Rinaldo.

I disliked Sestito (awful fighter) and Lehtera more.

[Never forget Cote’s KO vs Roy.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LeyXzYOiWfU&ab_channel=RILEYCOTETV)

[It caused Roy to have a meltdown which made Torts livid](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zt_PtFx5P2s&ab_channel=jMak)

One of my favorite younger Flyers memories

Steve Downie. Dude was a complete idiot on the ice.

THIS is the thread where Chris Gratton, and Vinny Lecavalier belong

Cutter Gauthier is the correct answer

  13. Ok-Raccoon1288

Rinaldo really did have some piss poor stats

remaldo. the man could do nothing but take penalties!

  15. PanteraSteel2001

Mikael Renberg is criminally underrated mostly because he was the first one of the Legion Of Doom players to have his career derailed by injuries. John LeClair may be my favorite Flyer of all time, but prime Mikael Renberg was better (and no, Renberg was not just a product of Lindros).

I was very disappointed in 1st round pick (2nd overall) Center Nolan Patrick. There were plenty of players that were worse but based on the hype and actual results he is my pick.

The fact that it took so long for me to scroll down until I saw Chris VandeValde is appalling. This isn’t even a debate.

Instead of worst shot we need “Best Player who became worst Front Office Guy”

Hardly any Andrew Macdonald comments for any of these categories. This subreddit has changed.

Dale Weise. Absolutely hated when that dude was ever on the ice and can’t think of anything good that he did.
