    I have no dog in this fight, but calling out Spittin Chiclets then basically confirming their story sends mixed signals on your hold of things Don.

    I’m no GM but trading your position of strength redundancy before signing the guy you are going to hitch your wagon too before you even have a hitch… Seems like a bad way of GMing.

    PLEASE DON’T SIGN SWAYMAN! The Leafs need the Bruins to fall off as do the Habs and Sens. TBH I think if the HABs and Sens were in the metro they’d have a decent chance at making the playoffs. Yes they’re not Rangers or Canes but Flyers? penguins? I think theyd have a shot especially if devils blow up again.

    Love Swayman but sitting out hurts him more than the Bruins. They have goalies to fill his spot although not ideal its not a desperate situation. Missing camp really hurts him more than the franchise. I bet they deal his ass wouldn’t put it past them.
