This has always been a Ducks policy. For years they have put up the plastic placards about no recording practices on stanchions or curtains at each entrance to the rinks being used by the ducks practices. Those signs have been up since the first year the Ducks moved to Great Park.
This is not new, but maybe they forgot to post the notes until they saw the issue.
