   i became a ny ranger fan the year the rangers traded for Nash. I had to follow someone as a fan and it was him. Then became zucc. I knew the hockey greats of course like Ovi & Crosby and i knew about NYR goalie, Henrik was actually why i even paid attention to hockey but as a new fan Nash, Stepan & Zucc are the players i was introduced to hockey with. And from there i took off like a rocket ship.

   I’m glad Nash is remembered fondly. By the end of his time here, people unfairly blamed him for all of our shortcomings. He wasn’t the most popular on the way out (although he was graceful through it all and seemed like a great guy). He was a great player and it’s nice to see history be kind to him.
