I am an Oilers fan who believes that losing Broberg is a huge loss. I get that it was an overpayment, but he is a young talent that has top pairing potential. With Krug injured Broberg will be getting a huge opportunity and I believe he will rise to the challenge
It's worth noting that we could have kept Broberg for much less than the offer sheet. That's how offer sheets work
Sucks, but leaves money for Bouchard because losing him would absolutely blow.
