Having a clause in your contract that states that you have to do interviews and answer questions isn't good for anyone. Why do you want someone who doesn't want to talk to you, forced to sit down and talk to you. What do you want to gain by that? Are you trying to create riots? It's no wonder Edmonton players get death threats, with reporters trying to make them look like villains on a daily basis.
