1. I used to go to those 10 buck games in the dark times. Ownership just couldn't care less about that team. Amazing what happens when people give a damn.

  2. How can people that have covered the game so long get it so wrong? The Panthers strangled three teams before they strangled Edmonton in Game 7. McJesus was alone in front of goal and was shut down. They dump the puck with 13 seconds to go and never see it again. Skating around, and passing the puck around the perimeter isn't winning the battles in the corners.

  3. The Curse of Patrick Roy strikes again. Shapo and Félix Auger-Aliassime have a better chance of each winning a Grand Slam in the same calendar year than a Canadian team has a shot at winning the Stanley Cup…

  4. This guys an expert? It was an easy question about mcdavid not getting ONE single point in game 6 and 7, and that old queen couldn’t bring himself to say Panthers shut him down, snuffed him out, goodnight. Do better man.

  5. 1:27 How the 7 games evolved.
2:08 Why NHL has more comebacks from down 3-0 than basketball and baseball.
18:35 Fastest guy isn’t always the best guy. McDavid passes like Adam Oates and skates like Bure.

  6. I travel 90 min each game to get to the stadium. The location for us is easy. If the arena was down town Fort Lauderdale it could add another 60min to my travel time, peak hour home travel. We pay higher taxes in other ways.

  7. These guys got oil dripping from their chins… jeez man is it so hard to acknowledge that the Panthers were straight up better instead of making excuses for Edmonton

  8. Good lord, zero objective discussion and or credit to a team that has been on the cusp for more than 5 years. All you want to talk about is 2006 Panthers? GFY!!

  9. I’m a lifelong So Fla sports fan. The typical fan who LOVES every team besides the Panthers.

With the history of the Marlins constantly being sellers I have basically given up on them. Meanwhile, the Cats have earned the admiration of So Fla sports fans over the past two years and I think they have established themselves as an entertainment destination for So Fla sports fans.

    They are the real deal!

  10. Yikes! Nostradummmy knows exactly what would've happened if it was a 2 -3- 2 format. Novel concept….The better team almost always wins, especially in a sport with a 7 game series. Add to that and more importantly, a great goalie (like a great pitcher in baseball) can carry your team.

Oh, and if the taxes and weather were such a benefit, we wouldn't have been a laughing stock and in the basement for over 2 decades. Competency at the ownership and front office level is what is paramount in sports. Have a putz in those areas, and you are going nowhere. Think people. This crap ain’t that hard to understand.

  11. I don’t understand the sentiment that Edmonton should have won game 1 and 3. Game 1 they scored ZERO GOALS and in game 3 they fell apart. Florida had a great game 5 and lost and I don’t see anybody saying they should have won that one but “Skinner was good”

  12. Florida's Defense made the Oilers look bad. You can't rely on Offense 1st. That's why Florida changed their identity. Defense will always be there for you because unlike offense, effort is ALWAYS rewarded. The Oilers were gassed. Congrats and credit to the Panthers for a great Cup run!

  13. Buccigross has a hard on for McDavid and the oilers. You could tell on the way he did the play by play during oiler games. He needs to go back in studio. He’s the absolute worst espn play by play announcer.

  14. Panthers should have won game 5. Crazy bounce of Hyman and Bob being lost in 6 minutes cost them. See how easy that is. SMH, just stop. Huizenga sold the team in 2001 you dope, and that guy Alan Cohen sold it in like 2005 or 2006 to Viner. He is who sold it to Viola in 13.

Also, Bucci, the Lexus lot baby. Know your Panthers!

  15. The practice rink is in Ft Lauderdale, and their new arena will be built there in a few yeara as well.

  16. Media doing media things 😂 never trust someone’s opinion specifically when they’re getting pay to create delusional headlines to keep bring back their own opinions!

Logic and reasoning aren’t in their interest just because negativity is their primary motivation “profitable media business model this day’ True journalism is DEAD !

Panthers Fans should be HAPPY ❤that’s it Edmonton is a great team but they LOST period 😂

  17. woulda coulda shoulda… Edmonton should have won game 1 & 3? this is backwards thinking. c'mon people, there's youtubers who breakdown the game and actual tactics way more intelligent than this casual type analysis…

  18. Also what kind of gaslighting are you doing here saying that the lower bowl was all Oilers fans, that's the stupidest thing I've heard so far, it was clearly NOT!!!
