    1. Swap Martin for Mogilny, 89 faced better goalies.
    2. Best coach: I don’t know if I’d change it, but if we’re saying best coach while he was with the team, then, yes Lindy is the man. If we’re saying best coach the team has had regardless of their Sabres tenure then Bowman is clearly #1.

This is absolutely no disrespect to the man who got the nod from y’all, but I’d have gone with the only Sabres player to score 500 goals with the team as the best goal scorer. Sure, he got best playmaker (I may have gone with LaFontaine there), but I think I disagree with the public sentiment here.

Alternatively, Alex Mogilny was absolute fire in his prime and could’ve also gotten best goal scorer. Easily.

Other than that, no changes to ponder. Good list.

I don’t think the guy who mismanaged Briere and Drury to the point that they walked should be listed as the best GM.

When I was a kid I thought Darcy was old. Now looking at the picture I feel old.

You should take out Peca for Craig Ramsay for best penalty killer. Ramsay won the Selke trophy with the Sabres for best defensive forward. Peca also won it, but with the Islanders. Ramsay also had 8 straight seasons of at least 20 goals, and played 1,070 games with Buffalo over 14 seasons for the team. Him and Don Luce were the best defensive forward pairing in the game in the mid-70s

Mike Ramsey is the best defenseman this team has had. Dahlin will likely surpass him but not yet

Ones a hall of fame Gm and coach in Scotty Bowman. The other is Darcy Regier.

I didn’t dislike Numminen but he didn’t even play 3 full seasons with the Sabres. I think you can even take two other defensemen from that era over Teppo: Lydman and Tallinder.

Obviously it didn’t work out but Eichel had the most potential

Wait I missed the voting? I had my pro Meehan speech all laid out. Hasek, Lafontaine, Hawerchuck. That man took some swings.

Find a way to sneak Afinogenov in there somewhere. Add a square for best hands or something

Punch Imlach for getting a new franchise to the Stanley Cup finals in just five years.
