@Canucks de Vancouver

Twitter : https://twitter.com/DeanerHd

  1. Thank you for giving this young player and others like him their due recognition. Why is it that players who get more highly drafted because of inflated scouting reports from the past get more respect and leniency in their rise to the Show than players who are actually showing what they have right now when it counts? We have these Youngstar events to give these prospects a chance to show what skills and compete level they actually have against similar hungry prospects from other teams, yet we quickly discount the results when late-round draft players sometimes outshine the supposed rockstars? This is how you miss the Alex Burroughs and Martin St. Louis-like players who are full of heart and desire if you ask me.

  2. 1:57 im pretty sure he's closer to 230-240 (listed 230 on abby website, and did a mid season interview saying he was near 240 last season)

  3. To all the people saying Silovs isn’t a prospect… you’re probably right… I mean I was debating leaving him out since he’s still yet to play 25 games and that’s technically how it’s classified. Regardless I think it’s fair to assume either way

  4. 1. Silovs
    2. Elricson Alrikson Olriksun
    3. D Petey
    4. Lekkerimaki
    5. Romani
    6. Tolopilo
    7. The guy's whos name starts with a k.

  5. Amazing how every organization has a prospect who is underrated or about to blossom or is a guaranteed hall of famer. The only guarantee is that there continues to be a lot of young talent coming into the league. As fans of a team we will sometimes be disappointed: as fans of the game we are all winners.

  6. Ugh Bains is so over rated. Everyone needs to understand he is phenomenal when playing with prospects and jr players. Perfect fringe minor leaguer.
When he’s playing with men, he looks extremely out of place, slow, and couldn’t keep up.

  7. Not just a big forward but looks like he's got the strength needed for the NHL even at his young age, so imagine when he levels up in the next few years

  8. The prospect pool seems to be good. Unfortunately none of them are considered to be blue chip … perhaps Lekkerimaki but even that's debatable

  9. Really happy to see these prospects, both as a Swede and a Canucks fan.

    1. Lekkerimäki
    2. Silovs
    3. Räty
    4. Willander
    5. D-Petey
    6. Alriksson

Sad to say that the kid that grew up next door (literally) is a Red Wing (Berggren).
