For context, he was on pace for playing 15min but his teammate got a 5min major with 8min to go, so he missed 1 or 2 shifts. His coach sent him 2 times in the last 2-3 min, so it still seem like his coach like him and the playing time will adjust as the season go.
Also, I didn’t catch the 1st but Kuznetsov (his center since day 1) only played around 3 min, so I assume he got injured and his coach needed to shuffle his lines, which he isn’t usually great at with his lack of experience.
It’s actually very good that he still finished with 13:34 if you take those 2 facts into account.
