  1. Gooooood morning, DK, and happy October to you too! Love this episode! Yes, I pushed for our Russian kid alot awhile ago, and yes, even at how well he played, we all knew he'd end up in the minors. I never spoked or pushed much for Bloomqvist, although I have stated many times I absolutely believe a starting 2 of Ned and Bloom if a trade for Jarry happened, which I would be in favour of, because I believe he's ready. Boom, stepping up early in the game for a goalie is mentally difficult. It shows he's mentally IN the game and moment, which shows maturity imo. I do not want anyone injured, saying that if Ned does not get fit enough to come back before the start of the season, it will be very interesting to see what they do with Bloomqvist and if he'll start that second game. How about that long West Coast trip, where they visit Vancouver where I'm from 😁, and they would certainly use him on that trip, again if Ned's out, which I hope not. Maybe it's this kids time to show what he can do. Let's see what happens?! Have a great day, Victor from Langley, BC Canada 🇨🇦

  2. Blomqvist looked spectacular last night and Larsson has looked good every time he has played, they've looked like our two best goalies thus far and I am counting Jarry and Ned in that assessment.

  3. If Sullivan needs speed on the wings, as you say, then why has he been playing Kevin Hayes on wing, the slowest guy on the team? Hayes should be at 3C or 4C if he’s going to play regularly. Don’t understand this one

  4. If there is one position the Penguins have depth in, it's goaltending. You have three capable guys at the minor league level in Blomqvist, Larson, or Murashov who can step in should major injuries happen to Jarry or Ned.

Just remember this is important remember what happened the last time the Pens made the playoffs Jarry and DeSmith were injured, and The Penguins had to turn to Louis Domingue.

  5. Blomqvist had a great game. He also had a stinker against the Sabres. Jarry does that, stand on his head one game, then flipflop and fish pucks out of the net next game. I'm most curious about Larsson at this point.

Imama reminds me of Tom Sestito. Could hockey, but not to an impressive NHL degree by any stretch. Got called up a couple of time to bring toughness for a game. We used to call him Top Sixtito.
