We’ll always have those few games where Chiasson was lights out on the PP a couple years ago
Finnie, could be a guy in the future, a late rounder that may have the tools to be a depth piece

Finnie I’m actually kind of excited about. I’ve liked what I’ve seen from him

I haven’t been watching the preseason but I didn’t even know we signed Chiasson to a PTO

I think we’re gonna see Finnie wear the Winged wheel properly someday

Finnie had a nice camp and preseason, he’s made himself someone to watch out for.

Streets will never forget 2022 Alex Chiasson

I still remember when everyone was shitting on Yzerman for taking Finnie instead of his teammate (at the time) Connor Levis. I’m glad everyone has come around and realized how good Finnie really is. Personally, I credit a lot of it to playing with really good players and learning from them. Fraser Minten gave Finnie a lot of guidance in his draft year and helped him move up the lineup and be successful.
I wouldn’t be surprised at all to see Finnie traded this year, though. The Blazers are still not very good and he’s going to be valuable to a contending team.
