They should sign him to a 2 way contract. But they need to play him this season. Wyatt Johnson and Lambert were to two top players in the AHL last season. We seen what Wyatt can do, we should see what Lambert does
From a Jets fan here! We are good in season but we don't have an extra gear for the playoffs. Sure game 1! but 2 years in a row we win game 1 and then get swept. We need the extra gear.

At least Appleton,Pionk,Iafallo,Miller,Ehlers,Namestnikov are on last year UFA and might be able flipped at deadline or make room next year for new players/prospects.
You have to get these guys into NHL games like you said Stamkos ect needed time but got it. Even Scheifele got his games before junior,then on 3rd line behind Little/Jokinen before working his way to #1C.
Hasn't done anything in pre-season to deserve it. Pretty disappointing!
Best preseason rookie on the team absolute dog on a bone has been Chibrikov. He Would be perfect place for apple. I think Nino Lowry Chib would be the best version of that line 😊
