i briefly said hi to devin cooley at the game on wednesday in winnipeg (in winnipeg the away team dressing room tunnel comes out onto the corner of the ice surface rather than behind the bench and the backup goalie sits there during the game, i was sitting relatively closeby) told him i love his interviews and hope he has a good season, i was so nervous but knew id regret if i didn’t go say hi, he just smiled and said thanks and it seemed like he really appreciated it, such a good guy, i hope he stays in calgary and becomes an nhl level goalie
