Goalies are underpaid. Hellebuyck in terms of goals is worth just as much to the Jets as MacKinnon is to the Avalanche. MacKinnon makes $12.6 million and Hellebuyck makes $8.5 million. Shesterkin likely makes $12 million next year. Swayman according to the advanced numbers is around the #8 goalie in the league the last 3 years, and he's entering his prime. I get why he'd ask for 75% what the most expensive goalie will be.
Not really an update, but whatever….. 47 year old, hard working, hockey fan. Been a Boston fan for life. Starting to really get frustrated with the whole thing…. Out here struggling to take care of me and mine, making the best of life. Out here dealing with REAL LIFE. I just want my favorite goalie to sign with my favorite team. Not gonna lie, starting to blame Sway here…. His agent, especially. Guy is a snake.
