Tous les joueurs exemptés de dérogation (Edstrom, Rempe, Mancini, Berard et Cuylle) sont affectés au Wolf Pack et Leschshyn, Blidh, Harpur et Sykora sont rappelés. Robertson, qui a été en dérogation hier, a été autorisé, mais reste debout pour le moment.
Ceci est fait pour maximiser les avantages de l’utilisation de l’espace de plafond LTIR. Les joueurs rappelés figureront donc sur la liste d’ouverture de la saison, soit à 17 heures demain. Demain après 17 heures, certains d’entre eux tomberont et certains des gars qui sont tombés aujourd’hui seront rappelés. Compris ?

WHY IS LESCHYSCHYN ON THIS TEAM? AND BLIDH OVER CUYLLE? WHAT IS THIS TEAM THINKING? FIRE LAVI AND DRURY AND DOLAN AND THAT GUY AT THE MSG CONCESSIONS WHO I SAID « YOU TOO » WHEN HE TOLD ME TO ENJOY THE GAME BECAUSE I CAN NEVER SHOW MY FACE AT THAT CONCESSION STAND UNTIL HE’S GONE.

Well, Berard might not come back up with Bread healthy, but safe to assume he’ll be the #1 call-up this season.
With Vesey headed to LTIR and Lindgren on regular IR, it looks like Edstrom, Rempe, and Mancini all made the opening night roster.
Of those 3, Mancini is the biggest surprise. I consider myself a pretty informed fan, and even I’ll admit he came out of nowhere. Funny to look back at the rumblings « he had a great season at Nebraska; he’s joining HWP; he’s been excellent for HWP; he had a great playoff; he had a great rookie camp; he had a great camp/preseason; he’s on the team. » Has to be one of the most quiet « hey this guy is actually pretty good » that I can think of in recent history.
Our other prospects should take note. He really went and grabbed this opportunity that came out of nowhere.
In other news, Jake Leschshyn is still around.
I personally enjoy my over reacting to everything. I have and will go from « we should be sellers at deadline » to planning for a parade during the same period. Insanity runs deep in the Ranger community and I fit right in.
I get why it’s happening, I just hate how much more complex the LTIR rules make roster moves haha
