Was it just me, or did Jarry look like the goalie who couldn't stop a beach ball when it mattered most, then looked like a brick wall when the game was out of hand? This reminds me of… ohhh, Jarry! Once the pressure is off, he'll pad his stats to make his season look better than it is, but he can't come through for the team when it matters most. He just replayed his entire NHL career in one night. I think we can expect the same from him throughout the season.
Also, the Pens did little in front of him. You can win if you can't defend, score, be a positive (+/-) on the PP, etc.
I hope they got it out of their system, but something tells me to trust my eyes on this one.

How about in practice taking some shots around a goalie dummy? All of our shots seem to go into the middle of the opponents goalie’s body. Aim for the open spots.
DK, I like your take on the Bux. Re Steelers, you grossly overhyped Fields-too much hope. Pens-DUDE, how bout real take on this? It may be only one of 82, but EVERY game tells us something. And they all add up. Sure, lets see the next 9 games. However PP 0-4 seems like same old uselessness. If a team that has 87, 71, 58, and 65 on the PP doesn't score REGULARLY, what are we really talking about? If Pens had lost, say, 3-2 but scored on PP; i'm thinking oh well. But 6-0?! They got bitch slapped. I'll say, at this point, they go 2-8 in first 10. Then we can entertain discussion re Sully.

Usually I would think to myself it’s alright, it’s just one game and they will be okay. But last night looked exactly like it did the last couple years and it seems that nothing has changed. After multiple years and nothing changing or getting better it has to be about time for Sullivan to go and for us to get a different head coach in here to turn things around. Sid doesn’t deserve this for the rest of his career. The poor guy is starting a season with a top line of O’Connor and Beauvilier…..that’s not a serious contending hockey team. On any decent hockey team those guys would be third liners…
On top of the coach needing to go, Malkin has to be taken off at least the top power play. It’s been multiple seasons and he is just too much of a liability on the man advantage.

Not to shit on Dubas. But the guy sucks at constructing teams. Karlsson is not a winner and that’s who he gets. GuentzeL is a winner and that’s who he lets go. Intangibles he can’t get. He just doesn’t get it. He’s like guys like Mark Shapiro. Great and building an ‘organization’ but can’t win.

Their "star" players were a combined -9. That was an awful starting line up as well. Perhaps the worst I've seen in 20 years.
