So I just got up from under a rock and only saw this today.
Shorty is great, but what the hell is with the Jim Robson erasure? The man is THE voice of the Canucks.
Hell, I’d put Hughson over shorty but that’s splitting hairs.

Silovs last playoffs. Glad we had a competent 3rd.

Keith Ballard was pretty important depth piece for the 2011 team

Came to Vancouver as a depth piece to help bolster the 4th line for our cup run. Ended up playing up the line-up and settled into a 2nd line spot next to Kesler and proceeded to stay there for the next several seasons.
Was the quintessential middle six player for us. Could play anywhere in the line-up whether it’s on the top PK, or 2nd unit powerplay. He could play shutdown minutes, could score goals, and was one of our best shootout guys.
Chris Higgins was the literal definition of a workhorse player for this team.
