@Canadiens de Montréal

« Vous pouvez le dire au même niveau, Marty St. Louis ne veut pas faire ça trop tôt, mais avec un esprit offensif d’élite comme (Hutson), combien de temps va-t-il attendre ? Si Hutson obtient le PP1 des Canadiens, il sera vraiment difficile de le battre pour le trophée Calder. – Elliotte Friedman (départ vers 18h13)

    He should be on PP1 by game 10, he’s making PP2 look better than PP1

    Celebrini had a great 1st game but out for a bit and Michkov off to not as good of a start and isn’t in as good of an offence as Hutson. Hutson is definitely in the race as of now. Even if Celebrini comes back the hip could nag him for a while (not that I want that of course. Was looking forward to seeing him play).

    If Hutson single handedly makes Pp2 dangerous, there’s an argument for just keeping him there.

    Reminder, no Montreal Canadiens have won the award since **Ken Dryden** in 1971-72

    Would love Lane to win of course but I also hope Celebrini gets healthy. Would be super cool to see the two college teammates duke it out for the Calder

    Before everybody wants to get rid of Matheson, just want to say we should consider ourselves lucky to have two puck moving D who can produce like that. It’s really a luxury. Sure, they make mistakes, but that’s because they handle the puck so much.

    MSL basically said that vets will see & adapt to Hutson too. Having him on multiple lines and confusing the other coaches and line changes is a good current strategy…as long as we win.

    Friedman is a windbag of extremes, calling for the Calder and the season has hardly started. Nice work to get free promotion for the crap-pod.

    I’d prefer to have 2 threatening pps and try that instead of stacking one. The leafs have struggled with the problem of having one great pp and one awful one.

    He should be on pp2 and just switch up some of the personal to get him alittle more help. Having 2 capable units would be way more effective and the team can stay alittle fresher. I don’t give a shit who scores I just care about wins.

    Laine and Matheson on the 2nd unit will look pretty damn good with Lane on the 1st unit with the big boys later in the year.

    at this point the only reason to keep matheson on pp1 is to shop him for the deadline
