I did not expect this type of start to the season
lol Played like poo and the stats don't lie Georgy need a new job or a break. Do you guys seriously think the team doesn't play differently Infront of a goalie struggling to make a 900? The goalie problem is systemic in the team now there is a reason why you pay goalies the money they deserve one man can destroy a full team! BEDNAR WILL lose his job if he keeps this a one-horse race and by the time they turn to Juice the stakes will be too high for a young goaltender. If we sign rants, we should trade him because he is only going to kill more of our depth which we need most. The team is in a early rebuild once we let go of Kadri.
I missed the first period because I went to go see Terrifier 3. I was more horrified by what I saw on the screen with the Avs game. Jokes aside. The Avs had some fight in them tonight. Georgie was looking good, until he didn't anymore. It wouldn't have been a frustrating loss if the Avs hadn't lost the last 3.
The goalie problem has completely destroyed our team, they know that Georgie will give up any half OK chance so they are pressing so hard to protect him that they are tentative and playing with 0 confidence. Also What is Bednars aversion to playing backup goalies? Even when we had Frankie he played Grubaur and Kuemper 70 games basically

Start juice, let's not repeat last year, yes georgiev was hung out dry this game but annunen needs to be played. Boston is a very good team, we are looking pretty bruised. Good fight in third horrible start, for the love of God win some faceoffs. Steinburg giving this team more grit is a welcome sight.

The 2nd half of the game we finally saw some glimpses of OUR TEAM! It made me feel hope that we WILL come out of this slump.

Its not just georgiev, BUT you can see it in all the players faces, especially the offense, when those soft ass goals keep going in how deflating it is. That is not an easy thing to combat when having to come back from behind. Fire the defensive coach cause this just aint it

As a fan of both the Avs and the Vikings, I did not see the Vikings starting 5-0 and the Avs starting 0-4. I keep wondering if I’m in the correct universe or possibly, just fast asleep trapped in the midst of a really long dream or possibly even a coma. Or who knows, maybe I kicked the bucket and am stuck in some odd layer of purgatory where I’ll remain until the Vikings finally win a SB which likely will be eternity. There’s no place like home, there’s no place like home {red heels clicking together}. At least I don’t have a podcast where I’m forced to painfully relive each Avs game over and over so I got that going for me….which is nice 😂
Let's no IGNORE the fact that Officiating was atrocious last night. Not an excuse, it just was. If you actually watched the game……………completely biased.
If they can play the first 30 minutes like they played the last 30, they will win. Even if it sounds bad, but this was the “best” loss of the four. Georgiev had his best game so far. Let’s build on that and they will finally win.
I have been so focused on the goalie thing, that I didn't realize. I can't recognize half the players on the team at moments. Watching the new guy get in a fight. I was like Yeah.. Guy wearing an AVS jersey and on my team (who is this guy). How many rookies are on the 3rd and 4th lines? It seems like someone is playing their first game in the NHL every night. Yeah, at moments it still feels like pre-season with all the line shuffling, etc. They have their work cut out for them and I am just along for the ride.

I don't like to trash the refs. I think they do a pretty good job on most nights and things usually even themselves out. They were straight up awful last night, though. Who knows if it changes the outcome but when you're playing bad and also getting jobbed, it makes it even worse. And that empty netter at the end just summed up the season so far. Puck must have hit the same d*ck on the ice the Av's have been tripping over for four games. We need a better Zamboni.
Boston slacked on the pedal after taking a 4-1 lead, that's why the Avalanche looked a little better in the last half of the game. Don't be fooled.
Just listen to Mikko's pressers about how every mistake is going into the net, and you can tell what the vibe is in the locker room
They have NO confidence in Fourgiev and it's badly affecting their play. Opposing teams know to attack him from outside angles because he always gives up at least one soft goal
Start Justus next game or Bednar will lose all semblance of accountability
