No, Conroy's job is to improve his team, so of course he's going to talk to other GM's and say "this is what I'm looking for". He'd mostly be talking to capped out teams to see if they have a contract they want to get rid of, with a draft pick, for either futures or a marginal depth player. He's not going to go "all-in" just because they are 4-0. By the end of next week they might be 4-6.
