Les Ducks vs. Avalanche ont montré ce qui se passe lorsqu’une équipe a un gardien de but et l’autre… pas. Bien qu’il ait été massivement dominé 49-20 au chapitre des tirs, Lukas Dostal s’est tenu sur la tête, gardant les Ducks dans un match dans lequel ils n’avaient rien à faire. Sa performance n’est pas sans rappeler son match « sans nom » contre les Maple Leafs la saison dernière, où il a effectué 55 arrêts et forcé des prolongations avant que les Ducks ne perdent. Cette fois, Dostal était tout aussi calme, réalisant des sauvegardes exceptionnelles et volant presque à nouveau la partie. Grâce aux jeux clés de Killorn, Zellweger et Terry, les Ducks ont réussi à revenir pour égaliser avec 12,6 secondes à jouer. Bien que MacKinnon l’ait scellé pour les Avs en prolongation, les Ducks sont repartis avec un point durement disputé – et une preuve supplémentaire que Dostal est la vraie affaire.     I live in Colorado now so last night was interesting. Tried to make a bet with a friend but she had no confidence in the Avs. And I had no confidence in the Ducks. Even if we somehow were to win that game, it wouldn't have felt like it because we played like absolute trash. Except Dostal, he's amazing.

    Considering this was Avs "do or die" game i was afraid it would end up as 4 or 5 goals L. If they beat LA this performance will be forgotten and all we will remember is OT point they got

    This is one of those games where the ducks players need to watch the film on what Colorado players do so well and learn from it. 2 of those goals were gifts, only 4 men on the ice and putting too many on the ice. Not sure if that's on the players or coaches. D on the pk this year looks so much better. Pp on the other hand. That needs to be shaken up. Dostwall. Beeker needs to get off his stubbornness and sign him ASAP. Try to sign him to under Gibson, because ullmatk, swayman, and ottenger set the goalie bar high, with Igors blockbuster coming up. Also first line needs to start to produce. Outside of leo occasionally shining (when not on that line) , it's been brutal.

    Everyone should be happy. I live in sioux falls south dakota and last night's game was blacked out, on espn espn plus v plus as well, blacked out in my area, please help I want to watch all games live each night

    I'm going to push back a little bit on the team not playing well so far. I thought they played real well against Vegas and Utah. Hoping this game was the outlier and not the norm. #PoorDostal

    Good review. I just don’t have words to say on this game. I love the Ducks but it’s games like this that make we want to root for another team…you guys are killing me!!!! This is a repeat of last year. I thought we were done with lack luster periods of boring hockey…puck watching and respecting the star players like MacKinnon and hitting anyone that tries to come in to score. How does Minty just let him skate to the net without putting a body on him. We need to be hungry every night or put guys in that aren’t afraid to skate hard, check, grind and shoot. The stats are consistent and not in a good way – faces offs we are 30-40%, power play 0…look familiar? Deja Vu…last year. Why is Ross playing ? Dostal is by far our best and most consistent player. Z was aggressive making plays. and Terry to the rescue!!!! We got lucky. We didn’t deserve a point. We can turn this around but we need to play desperate. The Kings on Sunday…please Ducks 🙏🙏🙏🙏 bring your A+ game. I hope season ticket holders go to the game and not let Kings fans buy tickets. If there are no tickets for sale then there’s no Kings fans to listen to ….ah, the good old days when the Kings sucked and Ducks owned them. Regroup Ducks and come out tomorrow ready to kill the Kings! Let’s Go Ducks.

    Pp killing us. Avs pp is deadly ducks did as I expected they would. Timmy made it exciting. Ot was back n forth. Harkens showed hustle. Not upset with that loss.

    Ducks have so much talent on this team but the chemistry is just not there yet. Mctavish and Zegras are regressing is seems like but man Leo Karrlson is gonna be an absolute star for this team!
