That was terrible… definition of unravelling after starting off so strong… too much inconsistency and every player on the team is starting to look like a liability yes even the top vets. Only Jeff skinner and Corey perry are showing heart… wtf
Compare this game to how Colorado handled Anaheim. They were also pelting a strong goalie (Dostal) with little success and found themselves down by two because of circumstances.
However they found a way to tie the game and then go up by one. When Anaheim clawed back they shut it down in OT. They were outshooting 30-11 at one point compared to our 20-9.
There’s another gear to be found.

oilers need to split up mcdavid and draisaitl and move skinner back up to a line with hyman and mcdavid
Good job for two periods… Still, looked really good overall, just need to keep grinding for a full 60 minutes.
